Copyright notices
567 Slots Yono respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its visitors to do the same. This product profile uses only staged artwork and brand assets that the project records as having approved publication rights. If you believe that material on this product profile nevertheless infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- An identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list.
- An identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on this product profile.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter notices
If you believe content removed under a copyright notice was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice containing the same categories of information. We will forward the counter notice to the original complainant and may restore the material at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.
Designated agent
Copyright notices are routed through the same live support conversation as ordinary support tickets. Mark the subject clearly as "DMCA notice" so the team can route the message to the right reviewer.
What is not a copyright notice
A complaint about an unfair bonus, a typo in a fact sheet, a missing translation or a feature request is not a copyright notice. Use the support conversation for those topics and reserve the DMCA process for material that you believe infringes your copyright.
Repeat infringers
We do not maintain a public repeat-infringer list, but we may revoke access to certain features for users who repeatedly submit notices in bad faith or repeatedly publish infringing material through the brand's surface.
Submit a notice
Send copyright notices via the live support conversation. Do not include OTPs, PINs or passwords in any copyright correspondence.
This route is provided in good faith. It is not legal advice. For complex situations, consult a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction.
