What this product profile collects

This product profile is a brand-app profile. It does not require registration to read. The data we do process is limited to what the visitor's browser sends (IP, user agent, referer) and what you voluntarily submit through the live support conversation. We do not collect biometric, location or financial data on this product profile.

Purpose

The minimum data needed to render the profile, route the install action and reply to support tickets is what is processed. Personal data is not sold or rented. Personal data is not shared with third-party advertisers.

Cookies and similar storage

The profile uses strictly necessary storage to remember your cookie preferences. Optional categories (analytics, marketing) remain off until you enable them. See Cookies for details on how to change your preferences at any time.

Support tickets

Messages sent through the live conversation are stored with the visitor-supplied identity (name and contact) and a private access key. Only the support team can read them. The access key is stored in your browser; clearing it starts a new conversation.

Retention

Strictly necessary storage is retained until you clear it. Support ticket contents are retained for the period required to resolve the conversation and meet legal obligations. After that period, ticket contents are deleted.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data you have sent us. Use the live support conversation to make a request. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Third-party processors

The install destination is operated by a third party. Your use of that destination is governed by its own privacy notice. We do not pass personal data to the destination when you tap Install App; the destination processes your submission independently.

Children

This product profile is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data through the support channel, contact us to remove it.

Cross-border processing

Content is served from a global content network. Your request may be routed through multiple regions. By using these pages you acknowledge that your data may be processed in regions other than your own.

Changes

We may update this privacy notice. Material changes will be reflected in the date below.
